Mr Henrique Mota

Henrique Mota (1958, married, five children) has degrees in law (Portuguese Catholic University) and in international studies (Johns Hopkins University). In 1997 Mota founded Principia Editora, a publishing company; and over the years had some operations on bookselling and distribution. Since 2007, he is the representative of APEL (Portuguese Publishers Association) in every international forum, included FEP and IPA, and is currently the Chairman of its International Relations Committee and member of the Board; in 2014 was elected Vice President and in 2016 President of FEP (Federation of European Publishers). Mota is a former academic and journalist and served as director of IPA (International Publishers Association).
